celertronic manufacturing offers a multitude of design and manufacturing services. below is information on just a few of the services we offer.
CNC machining
Manufacturing with CNC involves the use of automation and computers as opposed to manual control. The result is higher precision and decreased production times. Celertronic offers many types of CNC services including milling, turning, and sheet metal.
5-axis machining
In addition to 4-axis machining, Celertronic offers 5-axis machining. 5-axis capabilities means our programmers and operators can handle complex designs while also decreasing machining time. The use of minimal set ups in 5-axis machining also allows us to meet tolerances difficult with 4-axis machining.
PRODUCT DESIGN / RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Celertronic offers additional design and contract engineering services in the mechanical, electrical, and industrial fields. We have experience in a wide range of industries including biotech, life sciences, and commercial products.
If you have a product that you want to bring to the market, we can help from initial concept all the way to setting up a supply chain.
edm cutting
Electrical discharge machining is used when traditional machining method is not possible, typically with sensitive materials or very small dimensions.
We offer three types of EDM cutting: die sinker, wire, and hole drilling.
waterjet cutting
High-pressure jets of water are used to make cuts into a wide variety of materials. It is the preferred method for cutting material that is temperature-sensitive.
The introduction of CNC waterjet cutting has expanded its use into many industries including aerospace where maintaining the inherent structure of the material is highly important.
post processing
Our post processing services offered include but are not limited to:
Anodize
Chem-film
Nickel plate
Passivate
Powder coat
Heat treat
3D printing
3D printing technology has revolutionized the rapid prototyping field in recent years. Parts that previously would have taken days to make can now be printed in mere hours.
The introduction of direct metal laser sintering has transformed and expanded the additive manufacturing field. This new technology now allow parts to be printed out of both metals and plastics.
If you're not sure what service your product design requires, we are more than happy to assist you.
